I am receiving this message when I attempt to sign in: "Can’t sign in." "The request took too long. Check your Internet connection and try again."

My internet is good and I've not run in to this before.

    That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have when using 1Password. Just to confirm, this is when attempting to add your account to the 1Password app? Let me know, and I can dig in further with you.
