Mac 6.8.9 upgrade offer to 1Password 8 not working

I just upgraded from a paid (Apple App Store) Mac version of 6.8.9.

Upgrade from 6.8.9 to 7 worked perfectly.

On the upgrade from 7 to 8 the process splashed up an upgrade offer to a 3 year subscription with 50% off. However all of the buttons were grayed out and I couldn't access the offer.

Is this offer still available for those moving from standalone license to a subscription?
