Ctrl + \ is not working on both Firefox and IE

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have 1Password on my Window and Mac

On Mac, I can use keyboard: Command + \ to initiate 1Password for both Safari & Firefox no problem.

However, on Window, the Ctrl + \ is not working on both Firefox and IE

My Firefox version is 23.0.1 and my IE is version 10.

I can use 1Password for both browsers if using mouse.

Is this is a bug? Can this be fixed?

    Please try restarting 1Password's helper and let me know if that helps. Select Help > Restart 1Password Helper from the menu bar.

    Does it work in Chrome?

    After resetting the 1Passwor Helper, everything is okay now.
