1P8: Command-backslash no longer prompts to unlock

One thing I really liked in 1P7 was that on a website (I mainly use Safari) if I pressed command-backslash, it'd prompt me to unlock if needed. Now, it tells me I should click in the to...
FWIW, I've looked into this more and it's not consistent. Sometimes it will work as expected, then, it'll just… stop. Sometimes command-backslash will pull up some other screen I don't recognize. Clicking the toolbar icon does seem to work consistently.
When things stop working, restarting Safari normally brings it back. If not, rebooting has worked so far.
So, some component of this seems to be getting sleepy sometimes. Probably not worth the bother to downgrade to 1P7.
