I have been trying to find more information on this.
When I migrated from 1PW7 to 1PW8 my previous browser plugin no longer worked. When I selected Settings -> Browser in the app, there is a button to 'Get 1Password for your Browser', which is the standalone browser app. Is this now the only option?
I prefer to not need a standalone browser app that separately syncs. My previous experience with this was that my desktop app and the standalone browser app would often get out of sync, which was very frustrating. The integrated browser extension (just the extension) always worked much better - is it possible to bring that back?
Or is this yet another feature that was removed with 1PW8?
