Thank you for the feedback, I've passed it along to the team. Hopefully we can improve the experience with keeping 1Password open even when the menubar is disabled in a future update.

And thank you for being part of 1Password for so many years! If you're running into other issues then please open a new thread for those so that we can take a look and investigate. 🙂
