1password 8 is a step back
Was prompted to upgrade today. Like the Mac app, this has got worse.
My chief frustration has added steps in. Auto fill on websites require the pop up then the click to confirm, whereas 7 dropped...
I loved 1Password since it was available for Nokia and blackberry and I still love it today but I have to point out that 1passsord 8 UX is worst than 1Password 7. There are not all capabilities that we found on 1Password 7, many call to action are more confusing than previous version and in some cases they take more gestures (tap or other one) to reach the same function than previous one. Finally I think perhaps someone wanted to force the UI refresh of an already almost perfect UX and it is a shame. I’m always enthusiastic when new version of App or product comes out but in this case If I could do it I would to rollback to 1Password 7.
