1Password 8 keeps stealing focus on Mac
Ever since 1Password 8 came out of beta, every update causes the app to start randomly stealing focus. For example, if I'm working one window and then click into Chrome, 1Password will pop up on top....

If, after the update, you can still reproduce the issue then I'd like to ask you to send in a diagnostics report:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
With your email please include:
