1Password does not start automatically
I have just noticed that 1Password no longer starts automatically with the system.
This has been a problem with 1Password before. Is this bug known?
I assume that it is a bug as I have not changed anything. There is also a tick in the settings that 1Password should start automatically. Unfortunately, this does not happen.
I hope there isn’t a thread about this yet. In any case, I haven’t found anything. However, I must also note that both the UI and the UX of the new forum are not good. I find it very difficult to find things and the performance under Safari is also very poor. It feels like a very bad Electron app with a lot of JavaScript. It does not run smoothly.
PS: The “Publish” button is also covered by the “Chat” button and it is difficult to press the “Publish” button.

Hello element! 👋
I'm sorry that 1Password for Mac isn't opening when you start your Mac. If you're using an Intel-based Mac then you're running into a known issue that our development team is aware of and that is already fixed in the latest beta version of 1Password. I expect that the fix will be released in the next update to the stable version of the app as well. If you'd like to get your hands on the fix sooner, you can update to the beta version: Use 1Password beta releases
I'm sorry for the disruption to your workflow. If you're seeing the issue on an Apple Silicon Mac then let me know.

I've reproduced the same issue, the Chat button can cover up the Publish button depending on the size of the browser window. If you resize the window or scroll down then you should be able to reveal the Publish button. That being said, I've flagged this to the team to get it fixed.
Can you tell me a little more about the issues that you're running into with performance in Safari? I've logged into the community using Safari on my Macbook and I'm not seeing any obvious performance issues myself. I look forward to hearing from you. 🙂
