I'm sorry to hear that things still aren't working. Can you please try the following troubleshooting test:

  1. Open Safari
  2. Go to https://fill.dev/form/login-simple
  3. Tap on the Username field

Then take a screenshot of what you see and post it here so that I can take a look. I look forward to hearing from you. 🙂
