1Password SSO Rollout Errors

I have rolled SSO in my organization but some of the users are receiving errors when trying to login

 

I have tried everything to get them past this error. They can login to webapp but the extension and desktop app display this error

    I'm sorry that some of your users are unable to unlock the 1Password for Mac app using SSO. 
    I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from an affected user's Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:
