1Password still frozen days after activating Apple subscription

I've tried everything to unfreeze my 1Password. What gives?

    Hi Dave,
    I emailed support and got their automatic reply. My ticket ID is KCG-16421-894.
    It's been several days and I haven't heard anything more. Is there some way to speed up this process? I paid for one year, but I've already lost over half a month stuck in frozen status.
