1Password Windows App does not appear

Thank you for sharing those details! It sounds like 1Password may still be running in the background when the window isn't appearing and is allowing you to still access the Quick Access menu and desktop app settings. I've passed the details you've shared to our development team while they continue to investigate the issue.
