1Password/Mac unhides app window on menubar mouseover

If the 1Password app is hidden (ex: cmd-H), and the 1Password icon is in the menubar:   mousing over that icon (in the menubar), causes the app (whether vault is locked or unlocked) to show its wind...

Hello mvr! 👋

Thanks for reaching out. Before we continue, it looks like you're using a version of 1Password 8 that hasn't been updated since August 2024. The latest version is 8.10.64, please update: How to keep 1Password up to date

Once you've updated, can you still reproduce the issue? I can't reproduce the issue using these steps: 

  1. Open the main 1Password window.
  2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in the Dock and click Hide. 
  3. Hover over the 1Password icon in the menu bar. 


Let me know if I misunderstood the issue.
