Another New Login Question.....

I tried reading the older threads but here I am starting another. When I am joining a new website. I keep hoping and waiting for a pop up from 1PW but no luck. So....what is best practice to get ...

Thank you for the reply. Do you see the 1Password icon in the username/password field when you click on the field? What happens when you click on the icon? Do you see a prompt from 1Password?

If you don't see the icon or prompt then can you try these steps:

  1. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
  2. Click Autofill.
  3. Make sure that "Offer to fill and save passwords" and "Show autofill suggestions when a form field is in focus".

Then, go to a website and type in your login information. Do you see the 1Password filling menu now?

If you still don't then can you share a website where you're running into this issue so that I can take a look? Don't post your username or password, just the website address.
