ModeratorThanks for the reply and for performing the test with the macOS system prompt. If your Apple Watch isn't working with the macOS system prompt then it won't work with 1Password either. This matches the known issue that we're tracking and that our developers have reported to Apple.
I would recommend reaching out to Apple to see if they can provide any insight on why your Apple Watch isn't being made available to macOS (and as a result, to third-party apps as well) in certain circumstances.
I'm sorry that I don't have better news to share. If you do reach out to Apple and learn anything then please let us know.
