I'm sorry that you ran into issues moving items from one location to another. Just to clarify: did you move the items to another vault in the same 1Password account? Or did you move the items to a vault in a different 1Password account?

Can you also confirm that the missing information was actually a file attachment and not a link to a related item or document? A missing related item link looks like this:
