Biometric Unlock unavailable

Trying to turn on biometric unlock in 1P produces an IllegalBlockSizeException. I saw a similar thread with the same error but no resolution was posted. https://1password.community/discussion/11...

I did exactly as you suggested. I get the identical error again.
