Cannot create new login

I am at a site mypatientvisit.com. I am creating a new account. When the password is requested 1P displays a popup where a password can be selected. After accepting the proposed password, the "Save" button is dimmed, and the only option is to cancel. So the function just does not work, and you have to cancel, manually proceed, then save the new login in 1P.

    Hi jasimon9,

    Please try the following steps to see if the Save button becomes active, allowing you to save the new item:

    1. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings.
    2. Under General, disable "Integrate with 1Password app".
    3. Under Accounts & Vaults, sign out of your account.
    4. Sign back into your account.
    5. Go back to General, and re-enable "Integrate with 1Password app".
    6. Try saving the item using 1Password again.
