Cannot enable Touch ID of macOS app
I have searched this forum, but could not find this exact problem.
When I try to enable Touch ID in the preferences, the checkbox briefly gets checked, but directly unchecked again.

I noticed my I could not unlock 1Password om my Mac with Touch ID.
So I used the main password and went to settings. When I tap the Touch ID checkmark, it briefly checks, but immediately unchecks again.
Searched on this forum, but could not find a similar question.
Any suggestions?
