Thank you for the additional details. So that I can better understand the situation can you create a screen recording of the issue? This will help us investigate further and report the issue to our developers:
Record the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support (CA)
Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the recording. Please send the recording to support+forum@1Password.com as an attachment. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678].
