can't enable Windows Hello fingerprint login

Hi lbdavek! The option to Unlock using Windows Hello is found in the 1Password desktop app, rather than the extension. With the desktop app installed, it integrates with the extension in order to share unlock states, and this allows you to unlock both the app and extension using Hello. I'll include some steps below to get things set up:

  1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type 1Password, and click on it.
    • If you don't see 1Password listed here, you don't have the desktop app installed. Download and install it from the following link, then try again: Download 1Password 8 for Windows
  2. Unlock the app with your usual credentials if prompted.
  3. In the top left, next to the word 1Password, click â‹® > Settings > Security.
  4. Check the option to Unlock using Windows Hello.
