CSV Export Duplicate Records

I'm sorry that you're seeing duplicate items in your exported CSV file. I can't reproduce the issue on my end using the same version of 1Password. Is it possible that you have multiple vaults containing duplicate items in 1Password? You can check by doing the following:
- Open and unlock 1Password.
- Make sure that your entire account is selected at the top of the sidebar.
- In the sidebar, check to see how many vaults are listed.
- Check each vault to see if you have vaults that contain items that are similar to items in another vault.

Thank you Dave for your reply, I do have only one account and under that account, there is only one Vault.
Now, I deleted a login item, and it is not anymore in the Login Category on the only vault in my account, then I did a new export and the item is, one time, in the resulting .CSV file. So, it is not anywhere in the vault, but you Export to .CSV and it is in the .CSV file—any idea/suggestion?

That's a strange one! I don't believe that I've seen this reported before and I'd like to investigate further. Please create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Send a diagnostics report (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

I couldn’t find any "Diagnostic File" at the place suggested on your link, at 1Password>Setting>General>Generate Report, the “Generate Report” option is not there.
I did find one at 1Password>Setting>Advanced>Send Diagnostic, and this is the one I sent in the email to support. Let me know if this is the right one.
