Custom icons for items are not being applied
Hello!!
I've been using 1Password for a long time, but I finally decided to post.
When creating or editing items, I upload icons for each site,
but sometimes the icons don't appear immediately after pressing the save button.
They show up after trying a few times.
How about you? Is this just my setup?

This definitely doesn't sound like intended behaviour - custom icons should save on the first try. So that our team can investigate further, could you reproduce the issue a couple of times, and then create a diagnostics report from the 1Password desktop app?
Send a diagnostics report (Windows)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
