Duplicate logins are being created

12 months agoThank you for the reply. 1Password will never fill your username and password into a website unless you've chosen to do so by clicking on a login suggestion or by clicking an option like Autofill or Open and Fill from the extension pop-up or the desktop app.
Is it possible that you have passwords stored in the built-in password manager in Chrome, or in some other password manager, that is filling in your passwords on certain pages and then 1Password is offering to save those filled passwords as new logins which creates the duplicates?
You can check to see if the built-in password manager in Chrome is turned on, and turn it off, by following the steps in this guide: Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser
