Export Option Greyed out in 1Password8

Hey @talberry, thanks for reaching out. To confirm, have you already unlocked 1Password 8 before attempting to export?

If so, I'd like to ask you to try completely signing out of the app, restarting it and then signing back in. Before you begin, make sure you're able to log in at 1Password.com and have a complete and up-to-date set of your data there. You'll also need a copy of your Emergency Kit with your password filled in: Get your Emergency Kit

  1. Open and unlock 1Password 8 for Windows.
  2. Click your account name, or All Accounts in the top left corner, then Manage Accounts.
  3. Click the three dot menu, then Sign Out next to your account.
  4. Right click the 1Password icon in your system tray, and select Quit.

Once you've done this, launch the app again, sign in to your account, and let me know whether you're able to export.
