2 months agoThanks for the reply. Locking and then unlocking 1Password manually should force the desktop app to check for updates. You can do this by right-clicking on the menubar icon and then clicking Lock. Let me know if that doesn't work. That being said, I've filed a feature request for a dedicated button on your behalf with the team.
The next time that you run into the issue generating and sending in a diagnostics report would tell me more about the cause of the problem.
