Feature Request: Customize Autofill Sort
I have a number of shared vaults with family members. I'd like the Autofill sort so that it places items from my Private vault ahead of any other shared vaults.
For example, each of my children have their own bank account and the logins are in separate shared vaults we can each see. I rarely need to login using their credentials, but when I go to my bank website, it shows Autofill with every child's account sorted by title, like this:
- Our Bank (Child 1 Name)
- Our Bank (Child 2 Name)
- Our Bank (Child 3 Name)
- Our Bank (Me)
I'm almost always using my account from the Private vault but I have to scroll down to get to my account. Would love it if there was a way to customize to order by vault. Or at least automatically sort the Private items first.
Thanks!

Thanks Dave, I wasn't aware of the ability to hide vaults from autofill.
However, I still think it would be helpful to be able to order vaults for autofill in addition to excluding them. For example, my wife and I share a vault with credit card info. I use those frequently, but then I also get her bank login (also in the shared vault) above my own because her name and username start with an A. I guess we could create additional shared vaults for stuff we commonly use via autofill and a different shared vault for less frequent use (like logins). However that does feel tedious, and it would be much better to either sort Private vaults ahead of other vaults or make the order customizable - drag and drop order along with the exclude checkbox in settings.
Thanks for considering the feature request!

Hello joelfillmore! 👋
Thanks for the feedback! 1Password has a feature to that allows you to hide suggestions from vaults that you don't need day-to-day. Here's how to access it:
- Open your browser on Mac, Windows, or Linux.
- Right-click on the 1Password icon and click Settings.
- Click Account & vaults.
- Select only your Private vault and de-select the other vaults.
Now, you'll only see suggestions from your Private vault. If you do need to sign into one of your children's accounts then you can still do so by click on the 1Password icon in your toolbar, selecting the appropriate vault in the pop-over window, clicking the needed Login item, and then clicking Open & Fill or Autofill.Let me know if that would help with your use case.
