Feature Request: More shortcuts in Quick Access

I'm a huge fan of Quick Access, it's really useful to me, but there are few things I wish I could do with it. They aren't super critical, but for me really nice to haves.

For context, I am a developer so keyboard-centric, if I don't need to reach for the mouse I'm happier.

  1. A keyboard shortcut to "Show in Large Type".

I know I can still get to it with a few more key presses without reaching for the mouse (Ctrl + O, Tab x 4, Enter x 2). But having a single hotkey from the first window would be awesome.
Also, someone already asked for it but, OTP on this screen would be great too.

  2. A keyboard shortcut to open a create new item dialog would be useful for quickly generating passwords or saving something that wasn't done in a web browser.

I don't know if there's a global keyboard shortcut to create new items, so I'd usually have to reach for the mouse, or use the CLI.

Thank you!!

    Hi terrymunro,

It's great to hear that you've been enjoying Quick Access, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on what additions could help you with your workflow!

I've gone ahead and submitted a feature request for a "Show in Large Type" option in Quick Access, and shared your feedback with our Product team, so that they can take it into consideration.

There is currently a keyboard shortcut for copying the "one-time password" in Quick Access which is Ctrl + Alt + C on Linux. You can find more keyboard shortcuts here: 1Password keyboard shortcuts

As for creating a new item - are you looking to create it specifically within the Quick Access menu? You can currently use Ctrl + N to create a new item when using the 1Password for Linux desktop app, but if you'd prefer an option within Quick Access, let me know, and I will submit a request for this as well.

I look forward to hearing from you!
