Hi @55208wcgk, thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry 1Password 8 is not working quite well for you right now. As Damnatus has thoroughly explained, you'll need to uninstall 1Password 8 and then install 1Password 7. You can find the download link for 1Password 7 here.
I hope that in the future, as we work more on the new app, you'll be able to switch over to it!
