I cannot use "Show in Large Type" on the desktop version.
I use a 4K screen to see smaller text, so I enlarged the interface to 110%, but I found that "Show in Large Type" could not be used. But it can be used normally after adjusting it back to 100%.

Yes, sorry about this – it's a known issue we're investigating right now. In the meantime, you might find these keyboard shortcuts helpful:
- ⌘0 (Command-zero) to reset zoom back to 100%
- ⌘= (Command-equals) to zoom in
- ⌘- (Command–minus) to zoom out
That way, if you want to use 1Password zoomed in most of the time, you could press ⌘0 to reset zoom while you Show In Large Type, then use ⌘= to bump the zoom back up again. It might save you digging through Settings. :)
