I want to print a hard copy of all my passwords, how?
In response to a previous question from another community member, I understand that 1Password team does not "recommend" printing out a hard copy of Passwords stored in our online account.
But that...

Hi Gem, thanks for your reply. I would like to be able to print out a hard copy of my items in a WORD document that (I understand will not be encrypted when it is exported from 1Password, downloaded to my laptop, sent to my home printer and then DELETED from my laptop all while I have my backup apps temporarily PAUSED to do so. I would like to be able to do this project at least once a year. I have been used to doing this when I was on Last Pass and it is the easiest way I can be sure that my spouse and my other trusted family members would be able to continue to manage our affairs if something were to happen to me (hospitalization or worse). Or just to have it in case YOU GUYS go belly up for some reason. I will tell you that having used Last Pass so easily for so many years and having to get off that site and trying to get used to 1Password has been . . . traumatic is too dramatic a term but nearly so. You get my point. I do NOT want to have to learn a new program (the one currently offered by 1Password besides CSV) . . . the CSV option does not allow me to sort the items between those current and those that are archived, not to put them in usable format . . . I can't be the first person to ask for this. I understand that you all think that having access to the Emergency sheet is sufficient, but it is not. I am not a luddite, just a retired attorney who is used to belts-and-suspenders solutions that should be easier than I have found this to be. Please HELP. Thank you.
PS Just re read your message and I would like to be able to print out URLs, IDs, PWs and NOTES for ALL of my saved items. I don't need a column saying TRUE/ FALSE to identify archived items, they could be saved in a separate area AFTER the active, currently used items. Looking forward to your easy solution . . . TBS
