Update: I think this may be related to AutoRaise (and it's underlying daemon).
AutoRaise simulates Events when I hover over the Quick Access dialog that seem to be passed to the main 1Password app window. If the app is hidden or the app window is somewhere in the background or or another space, these events unhide the app and bring the window to the front, potentially switching spaces in the process.
Workaround is to change muscle memory to keep all 1Pw windows minimized instead of hiding the app.
Still, it seems that 1Pw is doing something weird here since this behavior does not happen with any other app that uses that kind of dialog UX, e.g. Raycast or the built-in Spotlight.
