Master Password required for every autofill

When filling a login into another app, 1Password uses iOS AutoFill and requires that you unlock each time so that someone else can't fill your passwords without your awareness.
Modern iPads support either Touch ID or Face ID which allow you to unlock 1Password more conveniently than using your account password each time:
- Use Touch ID to unlock 1Password on your iPhone or iPad
- Use Face ID to unlock 1Password on your iPhone or iPad Pro
