3 days agoYou'll accept the invite and you'll create a new account under the employer. Typically this involves using the email address they provide. Your individual/family account will exist totally separate to theirs. This topic may help. How to use multiple accounts

As Tommy already indicated but to strongly emphasise - never put anything personal in your business vault (we also from our business indicate that). Like company mail, IT can manage your mail and by default that includes anything from that.
I'd suggest to indeed accept the invite, though be mindful of which data you store in your company personal (mostly called 'Employee') vault.
For the full process in a nutshell; accept the invite, set-up 1password as you are already familiar from your family account. Then (in your browser) go to 1password, login (as business) and choose the avatar/icon of your account right top. Go to 'My profile' and there should be a 'Redeem' button in the middle of the page.
That button will open a new window indicating you to log in to your other (== family) account (if on different clouds (i.e. family in .eu and business in .com) select the correct one from the dropdown somewhere on that page before trying to log in). In your family account you accept the 'connection' and that's about it.
