New Items aren't instantly available

Wondering why a new Items instantly available to review or edit after joining a site.  I have done a complete reinstall of version 8 on a Mac the the problem still exists.  I checked my iPhone and its there, then shows up eventually on the Mac.

    I reinstalled the app and seems things seemed to improve.

    Hello bobsully​! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're not immediately seeing new items in the 1Password for Mac desktop app. If you manually lock and then unlock the 1Password app, do you see the items instantly appear?
