"New login" doing nothing from toolbar overlay (macOS)

Steps to reproduce
1. Click 1Password icon in toolbar
2. Click top-right cog icon on appearing overlay
3. Click "New login"

Expected
"New login" overlay opens

Actual
Nothing happens (but overlay still closes)

Important note
Clicking "Open 1Password" and then using the "+"-menu -> "New login" works perfectly fine.
