no auto-submit setting not respected

In my 1Password settings, I have the 'submit automatically' setting unchecked, because auto-submit can mess up recaptchas. But regardless, in my browsers (mostly Firefox, but also Safari and Chrome) ...

Hello 1P_Dave, and thanks for the tip!

If this needs to be configured for each browser, within the extension, then why does the "Autofill" setting in the main app settings say "Submit automatically with Universal Autofill" and "Fill and submit the forms in apps and browsers in your Mac"?
