no auto-submit setting not respected
In my 1Password settings, I have the 'submit automatically' setting unchecked, because auto-submit can mess up recaptchas. But regardless, in my browsers (mostly Firefox, but also Safari and Chrome) ...

8 months agoThere are two different ways to fill your login information on the Mac:
- 1Password in the browser (the browser extension) allows you to fill logins in your browser by selecting the login suggestion right on the page (see below). It also allows you to save logins that you've typed into a website but it only works in your browser, it doesn't allow you to fill logins in other Mac apps. 1Password in the browser is also able to fill items like credit cards and identities.
- Universal Autofill allows you to fill login credentials into any supported browser or other Mac app without having to install a browser extension. All you need is the desktop app. You can use Universal Autofill by pressing Command-Backslash on your keyboard.
