"No Credentials Found" on new iPhone with Yubi Security Key

Hello,

I am attempting to sign into 1password on a new iPhone and my Yubi Security Key keeps giving a "No Credentials Found" error message when I attempt to sign in. The key does appear to have credentials because I had to use the key to log into 1password on my browser to see if the Yubi Security Key.

I've even tried logging in on the new iPhone with an authenticator app and by scanning the QR code from my Mac, but it then forces me to try to use the Yubi key, which then again gives me the same error message.

Stumped, so I'd appreciate some help.

    I'm sorry that you're seeing a "No Credentials Found" message when signing into 1Password on your iPhone. Just to confirm, can you confirm that you see your security key when following these steps:

    1. Log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app).
    2. Click on your name in the upper right corner and then click My Profile.
    3. Click More Actions > Manage Two-Factor Authentication.

    Do you see your security key listed here? If you do then can you use your security key for other apps/websites on your iPhone?

    • I am also having this problem, and I have checked the Authentication on my account and I do see my security key.

       

      How do i approach solving this?

        I'm sorry that you're running into a similar issue. Can you post a screenshot of the specific message that you're seeing? And can you tell me the following: 

        1. What kind of security key are you using?
        2. Have you used that security key to authenticate your 1Password account before? 
        3. On which device is the issue occurring? Is it happening when signing into the 1Password app on that device? Are you able to sign in to your 1Password account using the security key on another device? Or in an incognito browser window?  


        These details will allow me to help further. I look forward to hearing from you.
