Transferring Passkeys using CXP from Bitwarden to 1Password fails

When I try to use the vault export CXP function in Bitwarden to transfer passwords and passkeys into 1Password I get an error saying it couldn’t be transferred because too many items in vault or something like that. Is this because the standard hasn’t been fully approved or is there something else going on that is preventing me from transferring my passkeys.
