Paypal login using passkey fails on 1Phone

It is my understanding that a passkey for a service and stored in a 1Password vault can be used to log into that service from any device. I set up a passkey (and 2FA) for Paypal via my Windows 1...

Thank you for reaching out! If you're being prompted for your 2FA one-time password then it sounds like the passkey is working since you'll only see the one-time password prompt from PayPal once you've begun the sign in process using either your password or passkey.

Unlike many other services, PayPal will require your 2FA one-time password in addition to your passkey. Let me know if I misunderstood.
