Possible to use TOTP and static password in the same password field?
I use an open-source piece of software called OPNsense to manage the security of my home network. It has implemented the ability to use MFA via TOTP. The weird thing though is the implementation - you have to enter the token and the password in the same field. You can choose the order (i.e. either token first, password second, or password first, token second) but there's no getting around that they both have to be entered into the same field.
So does anyone know of a way that 1Password can handle this? Can it automatically insert the password and the token into the same field without me having to manually go and grab both pieces of information? It's just a quality-of-life thing, given that I'm logging into this all the time.
Thanks!

You've got it. I started Alfred about the time I can to 1Password 17 years ago. They are an incredible team IMO. ;)

1P_Tommy Thanks for the quick and detailed response. Naturally I'm sad that 1Password can't do this, but will take you up on your offer of bringing it up to the team for consideration.
I appreciate you mentioning the Alfred workflow. I haven't used it yet, but it's been on my mind for some time, so maybe this is the trigger that gets me to doing that.
Cheers!

1Password is not capable of combining the two at this time. It has been brought up before. I'd be happy to mention this to the team on your behalf.
Workaround:
Are you an Alfed user by chance? If you are and you set Alfred to be able to read copied data from 1Password you might be able to use the following.
- Open Alfred > Settings > Clipboard History
- Select the merging tab
- Set the options.
- Open 1Password 8.
- Copy the field you need first.
- Hold the Command Key and copy the second field. You have to do this in a relatively quick succession.
- You should end up with a combined value like this.

Which can be pasted in. That's the only workaround I am familiar with.
