Question about unlocking 1password8 on ios

I seem to get this message continuously whenever i try to use 1password to fill in passwords to a website. Im sure there is something im doing incorrectly but I don’t know how to correct it. ...

I'm sorry to hear that 1Password for Safari isn't filling your login information on your iPhone. Can you try the following steps:

  1. Open Safari and go to any website.
  2. Tap on the AA icon in Safari's address bar.
  3. Tap on 1Password in the menu.
  4. Follow the prompt to unlock 1Password for Safari with your account password.

Then try to fill your login information again: Get to know 1Password for Safari on your iPhone or iPad
