Quick Access opening on wrong space

Sorry, forgot to answer that part of your question - I am not and have not any time recently used a third party window or destop management. I have attached a screen shot showing a couple of spaces as they appear at my end in mission control. I create the spaces by running a window in full screen mode, then switch between them with a 4 finger swipe on my trackpad. The app I am using to control remote machines in Jump Desktop and the app remembers which connections were in full screen mode and automatically reopens them that way when I reconnect.
