Thank you for the detailed reply. Are you using multiple external monitors by any chance? It's odd that you're missing the "Options > Assign To" setting when you right-click on 1Password from the Dock.
Are you always also running Safari in fullscreen mode? Or just the Jump Desktop windows? If you stop running the Jump Desktop app, and any other apps, in fullscreen mode then does Quick Access open in the correct window?
