Quick Access opens on the wrong macOS Space

1P_Dave I think I found the culprit for this (it may be totally unrelated though). Often times, Quick Access does not show up for me. However, I think this is related to macOS Spaces feature. What I found:
- As long as 1P (the main app) is running in the background (window closed, but not quit), quick access will only open on the macOS Space that the 1P window was last active on.
- If you switch to another macOS space and hit the keyboard shortcut for Quick Access, nothing seems to happen. It does open though, just not on the current macOS space, so you just don't see it.
- If you switch back to the other macOS Space, you will find Quick Access open there.
- None of this happens if you quit the 1P main app (not just close the window, but CMD-Q it). In that case, the Quick Access window appears on the macOS space you are invoking it from.
Let me know if this is related, or if I should open a separate thread.
