Recently Deleted by Device only?

Apparently, I recently deleted an item in 1Password on my old iPhone, which has since been wiped and sent to Apple to trade in. I don't see it in the 'recently deleted' are of any other devices. Are ...

Hello skyman375! 👋

I'm sorry that you're not seeing a deleted item in 1Password. If you were using 1Password 8 on your old iPhone then items deleted in 1Password on that old iPhone can be found in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days on any of your other devices.

Have you already installed 1Password on a new iPhone? If you have then can you try the following:

  1. Open and unlock 1Password 8 on your new iPhone.
  2. Tap the icon for your account or collection at the top left and make sure that your entire account is selected.
  3. Tap Items in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
  4. Scroll down and tap on Archive. Do you see your item here?
  5. Scroll down and tap on Recently Deleted. Do you see your item here?

If you don't see the item there then can you tell me on which date your deleted the item?
