Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you might still have the built-in password manager turned on. Can you confirm that you've completely turned off the built-in password manager using this guide: Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser
The "Usernames and passwords" option has to be turned off in order to avoid conflicts with the built-in password manager.
You did say that you ran into issues with passkeys when that option was turned off before and that definitely isn't right. Are your passkeys saved in 1Password? What happened when you tried to sign in to a website using a passkey? You can find steps on how to save and sign in with passkeys here: Save and sign in with passkeys in your browser

Thanks. I'll disable the last checkbox in Safari/Mac settings and report back if I have passkey issues. It was a while ago, so I don't recall the issue. But yes, I save passkeys in 1Password.
