Save new login 27 June 2024

I used to get option for saving new logins. Now I’m not getting it, why? 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: Not Provided Browser: Not Provided

Hello vishalsheth! 👋

I'm sorry that you're not seeing the option to save new login. Can you tell me a little more about where you're seeing the issue? In the desktop app? Or 1Password in the browser?

If it's the latter then can you check to make sure that the following options are enabled:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
  3. Click Autofill & save.
  4. Make sure that "Offer to fill and save passwords" and "Offer to save logins" and "Offer to save items in autofill suggestions" are turned on.
